The Markosoft Property Manager has everything you need for maintaining all of your
rental property accounts. Log and
track all transactions, assess late fees, create past due notices,
and print
a variety of reports including client address labels and account status reports
with this
versatile and powerful application.
Special features such
as the ability to easily calculate payments and automatically assess sales tax
come standard in the Property Manager. A full accounting ledger is
also available for
logging transactions and all applicable late fees can easily be automatically
calculated and assessed with the Property Manager's delinquent account handling functions.

Late notices can be printed
using the standard late notice reports or custom late notices can be created
by users via templates produced with Microsoft Word. By using special
keywords (explained in the help files), these custom late notices can be
altered to meet virtually any reporting need your company may have.
If your business does repair or
service work for your properties, the Work Orders portion of the program can
be used to track the costs associated with providing these services. The Work
Orders component includes the ability to generate both work orders and
invoices while also providing a means for tracking the parts used in making
the repairs. Additionally, this module may be used as a stand alone
application that can function independently of the main Property Manager
module so that only the Work Orders service module can be placed on your
technician's computers.
